Return & Replacement Policy
At Fit Veda (P & J Enterprise), we aim to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products. If you face an issue with your order, the following Return & Replacement Policy applies.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
1.1 Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Product Condition: Eligible products must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in original condition
- In sealed packaging with labels intact
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)
1.3 Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received is different from what you ordered, you qualify for a free replacement or return.
2. Conditions for Replacement
2.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, leaked, expired, or defective product, notify us within 24 hours at support@fitveda.health.
2.2 Verification: To verify the issue, you may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or unsealed products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers
- Free gifts or complimentary items
- Items returned without original packaging
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return & Exchange Process
4.1 Initiation: Email us at support@fitveda.health with order ID, reason, and photos/videos (if needed).
4.2 Pickup & Inspection: After approval, we will arrange pickup. (Courier availability may vary by location.) Returned products undergo a quality inspection.
4.3 Approval:
- Approved returns → Replacement or refund processed
- Rejected returns → Item may be sent back to the customer
4.4 Processing Time: 10–15 business days after the returned product is received.
5. Refund Procedure
5.1 Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
5.2 Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days after inspection.
5.3 Partial Refunds: May apply if:
- Product is returned in incomplete/non-original condition
- Packaging is missing/damaged
- Only part of the order is returned
6. Important Limitations
Fit Veda is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customer
- Shipment refusal at the time of delivery
- Product damage due to heat, humidity, improper storage
